Obligations without an agreement are natural obligations. These obligations are based on equity and natural law. They do not grant a right of action to enforce their performance, but after voluntary fulfillment by the obligor, they authorize the retention of what has been delivered by reason thereof.

the question seeks an enumeration, is it not?

natural obligations, as i understood it mainly arises from civil obligations, however, there are circumstances which bar their recovery or otherwise.

1. law
2. quasi delict
3. delict
4. quasi contract
5. -----------

obligations arising from contracts - meeting of the minds.. etc etc. presupposes agreement. The others, you know what i mean.
